Hello, fantasy football players! I am Joe D, webmaster of The Sports Net and let me introduce you to the Fantasy
Football Haven! The FFH is a sister site to my other sports site, J&P Sports Network. Since fantasy football
leagues are slowly starting to open up, this site as of now will feature rankings, mock drafts and sleepers. Once the
season opens up, highlights of select performers and weekly help may be spotted on here, too. Enjoy!
Really, the home page will be more of a "Welcome" page rather than a commentary page. I'm going to update the site
frequently and hope that I can get this thing up and running soon. I will use this part of the home page to announce
new updates and maybe ideas for the future.

In the News
Colts RB James Mungro is now out for the season due to a torn ACL, Troy Hollings is expected to fill in his role.
WR Marc Boerigter was signed to take over Mungro's roster spot and should compete for the #4 job with Aaron Moorehead and
John Standeford.
The Atlanta Falcons sign DT Grady Jackson and acquired WR Ashley Lelie. The Falcons also traded RB TJ Duckett to
the Redskins who trade their 3rd-round pick to Denver.
Hamstring problems continue for WRs Terrell Owens, Hines Ward and Steve Smith. Smith appears to be the closest
to recovering though but do not expect any of them to play in any of their teams' remaining preseason games.
Player of the Week
The bottom part of the home page, will be the announcement of "Fantasy Performer of the Week". Each Tuesday, there
will be a brief explanation on why that certain player was tops of the week.
